Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchange if customer simply change their mind.
Please contact us if you find foreign objects in the bottle or the contact lens is damaged without opening, Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition – unworn and unwashed.
The company will not be responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange:
- if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,
- if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.
- The company’s decision is final in each and any exchanges or returns request.
We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 14 days from the Invoice date.
